Reflecting on 2023, it stands out as the year Leapcure’s vision transformed from aspiration to a tangible reality. It was a pivotal year for Leapcure, particularly in nurturing deeper connections and building transformational levels of trust in our collaborations.
A key aspect of this transformation was the observable shift in behaviors and perspectives among everyone involved in research. We witnessed a growing alignment between patients, clinical research sites, and sponsors, fostering a unified collaboration in clinical research. This alignment was not just about working together; it was about seeing and understanding each other as integral parts of a mutually supportive team. We found ways to cultivate this across our studies, and the trust built with sponsors, sites, patients, advocacy and others really gave us a lift across each study.
We’re seeing sites and patients persist in research participation despite numerous uncontrollable setbacks. We’re seeing advocacy groups collaborate with us in creating what we at Leapcure call ‘BOMs’ – our acronym for ‘achievements that blow our minds.’ Employees expressing gratitude because Leapcure helped give them a sense of belonging and deep sense of joy. This happened as our project engagements roughly doubled year over year in consecutive years.
We’re also learning that part of achieving our vision is the personal growth we cultivate in ourselves. As we improve, our relationships improve, and we develop the ability to bring people together more and more, day by day.
As we step into 2024, we carry forward the momentum of these achievements and learnings. The journey of Leapcure in 2023 has set a robust foundation for future endeavors, where collaboration, trust, and personal growth continue to drive our mission forward.
