Who is Kacie Watkins?
I have the privilege of calling three states my home. I was born in Southern California, raised in Colorado, and spent most of my adult life in Seattle, Washington. I stumbled into the dermatology field and fell in love. I started out as a receptionist at Dermatology Associates of Seattle. Eventually, I became a Phototherapy Technician – administering light therapy to patients with various skin conditions such as Psoriasis and Eczema.
What made you decide to join the Leapcure team?
My favorite part about working in dermatology was the relationships I formed with my patients, and because of this, it is understandable why Leapcure’s patient focus model really resonates with me. It brings me joy to be a part of something that is making a difference in people’s lives.
What kind of work do you do at Leapcure?
I’m currently getting to know the ins and outs of being a Patient Success Coordinator, and I look forward to having an impact on those aspiring to have better health.
How does your work fit into Leapcure’s mission and goals?
I’m here to support and represent the patient. I take listening to and validating every individual patient’s needs seriously.
